Gremlins for the Atari 2600.  Loose cartridge, has not been tested recently, but worked the last time I had an Atari 2600 at my disposal.  Cartridge is in good shape, no cracks or damage to the cartridge.  Label shows wear and a puncture in the center, as pictured.
