Great for Home Canning Vegetables and Fruit, making Applesauce, Tomato Sauce, Fruit Purees, Ketchup, Jams, Jelly, Juices, and Baby Foods. The Strainer measures 7 1/2 inches across the top opening and 9 inches deep with a 5 inch Handle. The Pestle measures 11 1/2 inches long. The Stand will fit a 9 inch diameter Pan underneath when using the Strainer.
