About us

4Feetshoes was born in 1989, with our first store located in the heart of Portobello Road, London. The store first started by selling the classic 1460 Dr Marten's Boot and people flocked from all across the globe to find their own unique colour of this solid Made in England boot. The “4Feet” idea was set in stone: give the customer a good product and they will travel across the world to find it.

In the late 1990s, we added a second store located on the infamous Chapel Street Market, Islington. In early 2000s we acquired huge investments from our stakeholders, which enabled us to acquire more stores and help with plans for further growth.

Through the years 4Feet has competed with the restriction of the larger multiples and continues to bring the latest and most cutting edge products to our customers, never forgetting our motto and history.

In late 2009, we relocated our distribution centre from East London to North London and increased our space by over 10,000 sq feet. This was achieved to help aid the growth within the company.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

Footwear must be unworn and returned in its original box with all tags and labels intact. Please post the box inside an outer bag or carton — we cannot accept boxes that have been taped or labelled directly.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility and we recommend a tracked service. Refunds are issued within 3 working days of receipt.
