About Scratch & Dent or Pre-owned Products
Since eBay does not offer a "New Other " category for board games, we have to list our items as either "New" or "Used". Many of our listings are Scratch & Dent items that don't fit neatly into either category. They are unplayed, factory sealed, and NOT pre-owned. The boxes will have various blemishes from small dents to potentially having holes. All scratch and dent issues are cosmetic to the exterior box. Please check our pictures before purchase.

"Scratch and Dent" items will be listed as "New" only if they are factory sealed. "Scratch and Dent" will be in the description and will have damages described.

"Pre-Owned" items will be listed as "Used" and we will put "Pre-Owned" in the description.

We generally do not sell games that are incomplete. If a pre-owned game is not complete but is playable, we list out any components that are missing.

Grading Scale
When needed for more detailed descriptions on PRE-OWNED ITEMS, we use the following grading scale (this usually pertains to books):
-Near Mint (looks like new)
-Very Fine (some wear and tear, minor dings and dents)
-Fine (noticeable dings, dents, tears, but nothing major)
-Very Good (larger dings, dents, tears, scuffs, structure still intact)
-Good (major dings, dents, tears, scratches, useable but needs some extra care)

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you use the shopping cart you will automatically receive combined shipping for multiple purchases. It works well for most of our average-sized and larger items, such as board games and other boxed games, as well as books. In some cases, you may receive a quote that doesn't seem right, typically if items are very different in size to another. In these cases, add all the items to your cart and choose "Request Total From Seller" and we can give you a manually adjusted shipping invoice. NOTE: This will commit you to buying the items upon receiving the adjusted shipping invoice.

In the rare occasion when the item is oversized, combined shipping may not be available.

Once you pay, we cannot combine more items with the ones for which you have already paid.

IN-STORE PICK UP
If you would like to do an in-store pickup, please select the item to be placed in your cart. When you checkout, you should see the local pickup option. Sometimes using "Buy It Now" will not show pickup as an option.
