Taylor joins Wallace forces. Washington,D.C. Senator Glen H. Taylor, Democrat, Idaho, bolted the Democratic Party tonight to join Henry A. Wallace in "a fight for peace." He thus made himself available for the vice presidential nomination on the Wallace third party ticket. Taylor announced his decision in a CBS radio network speech. In it, he denounced the "Cold War" policies of President Truman's Democratic administration. He is pictured here with Wallace, right, who was on hand for the broadcast which originated in Washington. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo Is dated 1948.
