NEW OLD STOCK  1983 Lionel L.C.C.A.13th National Convention car.  This limited edition Commonwealth Edison 4-Bay Hopper with artificial coal load is in flawless condition and it is clean.  The box has held up very well over the last 43 years and is very solid with the window plastic still firmly attached.  Hard to find one in this condition.
