This is a NAKARA CF MONROE CO. OPAL WARE GLASS ANTIQUE VICTORIAN DRESSER JAR.  It measures appx.  3 3/4" in diameter. (4 3/4" if you count the handles).  It stands about 1 3/4" tall.  The decoration is floral and has a raised dot design around tan curved lines.   There is a faint signature that is super-imposed over the makers mark - hard to read.
