Certified natural light blue Sapphire gemstone originating from Madagascar. This weighs 1.19 CTS and has been cut and faceted into a square cushion style. The measurements are approximately 6.20 x 6.12 x 3.43 mm.

This stone was sourced by a personal friend of mine in Bangkok who works in the gem market there. It is not common to see a natural Sapphire of this grade and coloring, and we have taken the extra step to have the gem certified by a lab. The certificate will be included with the purchase of the item.

The coloring of the stone is a super bright light shade of blue with a radiant luster. Luminous flashes and a highly visible shimmering effect is obvious throughout the piece, and best seen in the supplied video. This would be a great size for a ring, accent stone, or smaller piece of jewelry.

The gem is fully transparent and has excellent clarity. There is only slight natural inclusions found upon magnification or close examination. This can be considered eye clean or VVS clarity. There is no discernable damage or chips and is in mint condition.
