All zippers, wheels, and handle work without issue. The interior is very clean with no staining. Comes with 6 clear plastic bags for storage and 3 black storage bins. The exterior has a few scuff marks on the bottom, there are also a few spotted areas that could be cleaned outside the suitcase.
