Application

It can be used for patching and repairing leaks on daily occasions such as in bathrooms, kitchens, window sills, balconies, flyovers, viaducts, highways, pipelines, basements, roofs, buildings, and garages. It is suitable for subways, airports, pipeline projects, tunnel projects, roof leakage plugging, etc.

Construction Step-by-step Reference

1. Find the leakage point by cleaning the base surface.

2. Drill holes at about 45° from 0.787-3.15 inches on either side of the leak.

3. Place the needle and then lock the needle with a T-wrench or other tools.

4. Load the slurry and plug the machine into the power supply.

5. Open the valve of the gun head first and then start the machine to fill.

6. Remove the needle after at least 48 hours and then fill the base surface.

How to Clean

1. After completing the grouting, pour thinner (about 500ml), and start cleaning the machine.

2. Put the gun head into the barrel to start the cycle of cleaning and spraying.

3. After cleaning with thinner once, pour in the thinner again to start the cycle cleaning.

4. After cleaning, pour in the lubricant (not included), and cycle maintenance of the machine once for the next use.

Machine Testing Before Use

1. Pour machine oil (home vegetable oil is also acceptable) into the barrel.

2. Test the high-pressure hose and gun head to make sure they are flowing smoothly.

3. Turn off the gun head switch.

4. Carefully observe the pressure gauge coefficient, and then press the switch of the machine.

5. Check whether the machine is pressurized (the pressure of the pressure gauge stops at about 500kg/cm²).

6. Open the gun head to relieve pressure.
