Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item(s)
must be returned in their original condition. The box must remain
unopened, and all manufacturer seals must be fully intact.
- Opened/Damaged Seals: If the box has been opened or the seals are broken, a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply.
- Original
shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying
for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges

Office Solutions, Inc. only accepts exchanges if any of the following
circumstances are demonstrated with the provision of documents and
proof:
- The
item received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantial
damage is noted upon inspection, the customer has the right to refuse
the shipment/delivery. Do not unpack the damaged package.
- The item received does not
match the brand/model/description on the invoice.

| Shipping & Pickup |
- Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days.
- We offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Smaller
and lighter items will be shipped via ground shipping (UPS or FEDEX).
Heavy and oversize items, on the other hand, will be shipped by a
commercial freight carrier. Residential, inside, or remote delivery
requests will incur additional shipping charges. If this occurs prior
to shipping, we will notify you. The transit time for freight shipments
is 7-10 business days after the package has been processed and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation
message with your tracking number.
- Local customers within 30
miles of our office can arrange for warehouse pick-up by appointment.
