this item doesn't come with axles as it fits the hotwheels axles off the wheels of the cars. Rubber tires and rim internal. 10-11mm total and 9mm rim barrel. Please keep in mind this is a resin made item, the back of the rims are unpainted but not seen when fitted and item is fragile. Any questions drop me a message
