- Steel Clutch Pulley Contains a sealed ball bearing for Rotates with the serpentine belt when the AC is off.
- Steel Clutch Hub for Engages with the pulley when the coil is energized, turning the compressor shaft.
- Steel Clutch Electromagnetic Coil with Copper inner for Generates a magnetic field to engage the clutch.
- Spring steel Snap Rings & Shims for Adjusts the air gap between the clutch pulley and hub, Secures components in place.
- AC blows warm air intermittently
- Unusual grinding or squealing noises
- Clutch does not engage when AC is on
- Visible wear or damage on the clutch assembly
- Worn-out clutch bearing.
- Damaged coil or electrical failure.
- Physical wear on the hub or pulley.

- 1. Disconnect the car battery and Locate the AC compressor (usually belt-driven, near the engine)
- 2. Remove the Serpentine Belt, Disconnect the Clutch Electrical Connector, Remove the old Clutch Assembly( deattatch center bolt, the hub, snap ring, pulley and clutch coil)
- 3. Install the New Clutch Kit, Slide on the new pulley and secure it with snap ring, press hub onto, Adjust the Air Gap by Add or remove shims
- 4. Reassemble & Test the AC system(no noises, cold air output)
