VTG Western Folk Art Pottery Ceramic on Wood Cowboys OOAK Signed Made in Oregon USA

This was purchased at an estate sale. It was made by an artist in Sisters, Oregon. The heads sit on wood dowels on a piece of driftwood. The heads are removable (as shown in photo #5). One dowel remains on the head. This is a very unique, one of a kind piece. Please review and zoom in on all photos so you can judge condition for yourself.
