Installation:

1. Before use, firmly connect the ground wire and place the machine on a dry and ventilated level ground; Ensure smooth and reliable operation of the machine.

2. Before use, inspect all parts to see if fasteners are loose during transportation, if switches and power supplies are damaged during transportation, and if there are any foreign objects on the conveyor belt.

3. The adjustment of the cutting blade and the clearance between the cutting blade and the low cutting edge of 0.5mm-1mm are the best, as being too close can easily damage the cutting tool, and cutting vegetables too far is not effective.

4. The vegetables cut should be free of sediment and should not be mixed with foreign objects to avoid damaging the blade.

5. After each use, clean the machine carefully to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. During cleaning, do not use sharp tools to clean the material trough and blades, and it is strictly prohibited to rinse directly with water pipes.

6. Regularly open the protective covers on both sides and add lubricating oil to the gears, chains, and sprockets; It is advisable to add 10 drops each time.

7.During the processing, if the machine's sound is abnormal, it must be stopped immediately and checked for troubleshooting.

Maintenance and Precautions:

Do not extend your hands or hard objects to the vegetable incision at the end of the conveyor belt or under the front door panel during machine operation;

To avoid personal injury: Do not open the front door while the machine is running, and do not start the machine when the front door is open;

To prevent the high-speed rotating cutter from threatening personal safety.
