This is an original press photo. Crowds of New Yorkers and out of towners wait their turn to enter Saint Patrick's Cathedral on Fifth avenue. Air paid wardens aided traffic policeman in regulating the masses of church goers who congregated at Fifth avenue and 50th street to attend the Easter Services. An estimated 750,000 persons milled around the fashionable churches, today, with the severe "bonnets" of WAACs, WAVEs, and "Marines" outstanding among the traditional frills.
