WOW, a super rare chance to own a page from the issue that introduced many characters incuding the MONITOR of CRISIS OF INFINITE EARTHS, top TEEN TITANS villain BROTHER BLOOD, and supernatural team NIGHT FORCE which this page is part of. This is from an epic issue way back in 1982. The MONITOR is DC's version of the WATCHER but much more involved and had the massive long term involvement in one of DC Universe greatest stories ever.
