For optimal results, consider the following developer options: - Arista 76 Powder: Use at stock dilution for 7-8 minutes or at 1:1 dilution for 12-13 minutes. - Arista Premium Powder: Develop at stock dilution for 7 1/2 minutes or at 1:1 dilution for 8 1/2 minutes. - Arista Liquid Film Developer: Apply as a working solution for 8 minutes. - Arista Premium Liquid Developer: Dilute at 1:9 for an 8-minute development. - Marathon Film Developer: Use at 1:9 dilution for 6 1/2 minutes. - Ilford ID-11, Kodak D-76: Stock dilution requires 7-8 minutes, while 1:1 dilution needs 12-13 minutes. - Kodak XTOL: Straight dilution for 7 minutes. - Kodak TMAX Developer: Dilute at 1:4 for 7-8 minutes. - Kodak HC 110: Use at 1:31 dilution for 6 1/2 minutes. - Agfa Rodinal: Dilute at 1:25 for 5 1/2 minutes. INTERNATIONAL

These charges must be borne by the recipient. Adorama has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Orders shipped using eBays (GSP) "Global Shipping Platform" have already paid their taxes and must contact eBay directly for any issues.

SHIPPING

Adorama's eBay store ships to the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO & FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

We now ship many items to Canada, parts of Europe and Australia. If the item does not have the option, please don't ask.

We do not ship to other International locations.

Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Combined shipping is available by using the Add-to-Cart button and confirming that the shipping carriers for each item are the same BEFORE making the Payment. eBay's new checkout will then consolidate your items and present to you the better shipping rates.

All orders must be shipped with a printed invoice included. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice. Gift Invoices may be requested if you contact us immediately after payment during business hours. No guarantees for other times.

Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please make sure to check your eBay email address and that it does not go into spam or junk. Approved Change Requests may not be updated on eBays portal, please check the emails.

Returns

For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

Printers are not returnable once the Toner Cartridges have been installed or released.

Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they have passwords or other software installed, have been registered with or returned to the manufacturer for any reason.

Please use the Return this Item or Contact Seller button on your Purchase History page to ask us any questions or request a return. Adorama cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. 

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded.

Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.

When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.

If you live in New York you may bring the return to our Manhattan store for exchange or refund.
