NOTE: The old style with pins and new style with teeth are not interchangeable.

This lock case will only replace the current style Roto locks.

Specifications:
Faceplate Width: 5/8 inch (16mm)
Faceplate Length: 15-3/4 inch (400mm) old-style faceplate length was 13-3/8 inches
Backset: 1-3/4 inch (45mm)

This lock is also available in a 1-3/8 inch (35mm) backset version .

The door must be notched out 23/32 inch to fit the position of the new style gear box.
The strike plate will also need to be lowered 23/32 inch to align with the latch and deadbolt.
This Roto gear lock box works on both roller and tongue versions.

Important:
After installation, the latch and deadbolt are located slightly differently than on the old style (see product images).
The difference is about 25/32 inch adjust or elongate the strike plate slot as needed.

This gear works only with the 15-3/4 inch faceplate and will not directly replace the older 13-3/8 inch version.
To replace the old style completely, use the full lock replacement kit listed below.
