If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item that you purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition/packing within 7 days of the date you received your item. The product must be returned in its original condition/packing with undamaged packaging, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and unused for a refund excluding our delivery costs. You will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the product. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. We also recommend that you return the items using sufficient packaging such as a padded envelope or box. Failure to do will result in a delay for processing your return. You will be liable for all the delivery charges for return and replacement of the faulty product. Please ensure you get insurance cover for the full value of the product as we will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
