The tray has been kept in climate controlled photography studio/lab.

My brother was a professional photographer in Charleston, SC. This developing tray was part of his extensive collection of photography equipment, developing supplies, antique & vintage cameras and photos. He was very particular in the items that he purchased and took very good care of all of his supplies and equipment.
