Ford 2 in. Flange x 2 1/4in FIP Angle Valve With Stop Lock

This Valve was sitting in father n laws warehouse. He did commercial construction for bit. I got the privilege of cleaning the warehouse out. This is one of the treasures I found, among others. The valve is used and stuck in off position. I can’t seem to get it to turn to on position. I don’t have the right tools big enough for this valve. It has Female inlet of 2 1/4in. With the reduction coupler 21/2in. The coupler that’s connected has some thread damage. That can be taken off and replaced or not used at all. The Flange is 2in. Diameter Connection.

The valve is used looks to be in good condition, except for the fact I can’t turn the valve on. I think it’s stuck from sitting in warehouse. The valve is very heavy 12lbs. 13oz.
