It's been in use for about six months, but as it's a used item, there are some minor scratches.
It has been disinfected with alcohol.
The only accessories included are the power cord, iPod connection cable, instruction manual, and remote control (no batteries, so operation is untested, no bonus warranty). Everything shown in the image is included.
It worked fine until I removed it.
