Tested to be in good working order. The case is in pretty rough shape with deep scratches and scuffs. Looks like it was slid across concrete floor basically.  No bad caps on the motherboard.  Hard drive has been erased and you will have to provide your own OS. COA on the case is for Windows XP Home.
