The coconut sheller reduces the shelling time to 30 seconds or below through the rotating cutterhead instead of manual shelling taking 5 minutes originally, therefore the machine improves the efficiency significantly, has the safety and economy and is suitable for scenarios such as beverage shops and processing plants.

It has two power supply modes of AC 220V and DC 24V, which can meet both household and outdoor use. The customers need to prepare 24V batteries by themselves for outdoor use.

Product Features：
　 Control Panel：

It comprises a speed regulation knob, a rotating mode switch and a current and voltage display screen.
　 Please note that there are 2 power input wires on the machine, the black wire with a plug is for the voltage AC220V, and the blue red wire without a plug is for the voltage DC24V and can be connected with batteries.
　 The machine can operate on two voltages: 220V and 24V.

Before connecting the power supply, first adjust the switch to the voltage position where it will be connected.
　 1- Double-row thickened alloy cutter bit

2- Stainless steel ejector pin The distance between the cutter bit and the ejector pin can be adjusted through the handle on the machine. The machine is suitable for coconut shells with different thicknesses.

Note:
Danger!-Do not place your fingers in front of the gear during work to prevent the gear from pinching your fingers and rolling them in!
Danger! -Do not work with gloves to prevent the gear from rolling the gloves in!
　 Adjusting handle

It is used for adjusting the distance between the ejector pin and the cutter bit.
　 Firm heavy-duty caster

It is more convenient to move the machine.

Operation Method：
　

1-Determine the to-be-used input voltage AC220V or DC24V before use.

2-Turn the speed regulation switch to the Low position with the speed smaller than 10.

3-Turn the red switch to the selected voltage position (for example, select the voltage AC220V).

4-Connect the voltage (AC220V) selected in the step 3.

5-Select the rotating mode of the gear (forward rotation or reverse rotation).

6-Adjust the rotating speed.

7-After finishing the work, adjust the speed regulation switch to the Low position and then turn off the power.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.
 ▲ Items returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged.

Defective & Damaged Products
