Usage Instructions Time Control Method: 1. Please tighten the connecting tube, place the end with the filter into the liquid, and turn on the power. Prepare a container, set the knob to 100%, press "300" and "OK" on the keypad - the filling value will display 300. Then press "FILL" to fill the pipeline with liquid. If unsuccessful on the first attempt, please repeat the operation. 2. Calibrate Filling Standard: Place a larger container, press "1688" and "FILL," then input the actual value (e.g., 418 grams/milliliters) and confirm by pressing "418" and "OK". 3. Formal Filling: Place the container, input the filling value (e.g., 999 grams), press "999" and "OK," then press "FILL" to start filling. 4. Filling Error Fine-Tuning: If the measured error exceeds ±2, press "+" or "-" to adjust. The program will automatically save the correction value. 5. Modify Filling Value: Directly input new numbers and press "OK." No recalibration is needed. 6. Automatic Filling: Default interval is 10 seconds. To change to 5 seconds, please press "5," "AUTO," then "AUTO" again. After the continuous filling light turns on, press "FILL" to start. The program will auto-countdown; press "CLEAR" to stop. Weighing Control Method: 1. Please tighten the connecting pipeline and immerse the end with the filter into the liquid. Prepare a container, turn on the power, and wait for the self-check to complete (displaying three zeros). On the keypad, please press "300" and "OK" - the filling value will display 300. Press "FILL" to purge air from the pipeline and fill it with liquid. Repeat if necessary. For this gear pump, priming is required before liquid extraction: add a small amount of liquid to the pump’s large port using a squeeze bottle. Press "1234" and "FILL" for forward extraction; press "5678" and "FILL" for reverse retraction. Press "CLEAR" to stop the pump in any state. 2. Liquid Filling Test: Due to varying liquid densities, conduct a test upon startup. Place a larger container, press "1688" and "FILL" to initiate a test fill (approximately 120 grams). After completion, press "FILL" again to top up to the set weight. 3. Formal Filling: Place the container, input the target weight (e.g., 999g) by pressing "999" and "OK," then press "FILL" to start. Each press fills one portion. 4. To modify the filling value, directly input new numbers and press "OK." No retesting is needed. 5. During the filling process, if the operation stops without reaching the target weight, please check the speed adjustment knob. If significant errors are observed, please adjust the knob to the 30-40% position. 6. The "FILL" button on the keypad, the dedicated filling button, and the foot pedal switch function identically. If auto-start fails or speed is inconsistent, contact support to adjust system parameters. |

Precautions 1. To prevent electric shock and electromagnetic interference, please ensure the power supply is equipped with leakage protection and the chassis is properly grounded! 2. If the pump needs to be stopped/emergency stopped during filling, press the CLEAR button or turn off the power switch. After an emergency stop, please restart and perform a test before resuming operation! 3. The gravimetric filling machine uses a C3-grade load cell. Overloading is strictly prohibited, as it may cause permanent deformation of the sensor! Please avoid fan, air conditioning, or any airflow interference during filling. 4. Please keep the machine away from other high-power equipment to prevent electromagnetic interference. 5. This product features a food-grade gear pump, suitable for food filling but NOT for corrosive materials such as acids or alkalis. It is not designed for flammable or explosive substances - customers handling such materials should choose alternative products. 6. It must be cleaned and tested before the first use. During the test, pay attention to the water capacity of the container and familiarize yourself with it before starting to use it. 7. When filling food-grade products, they should be washed and sterilized with hot water at a temperature of over 60℃ before and after use. 8. Due to production requirements for testing, there will be a small amount of liquid remaining in the pumps and pipes. |
