This record was signed by the band at an in-store event at Vintage Vinyl record store in Fords, NJ in 2016 (which is no longer there, RIP). Only has been played once, maybe twice. From a smoke-free home. Record is in Near Mint condition and sleeve is VG+ (crease on the corner and little wear on the sleeve opening). Sounds great, looks awesome!!
