About the Embroidery
■Kanji embroidery can be added to your item.
Please choose one kanji from options ①–⑩ and select either Gold or Silver thread color.
After purchasing, send us a message with your selected kanji and thread color.
■The embroidery will be placed above the back left pocket.
■If you choose to add embroidery, the price will increase by $25.

■IMPORTANT:
To meet eBay's shipping deadline, please send your choice promptly. If no instructions are provided by the deadline, we will ship the item WITHOUT embroidery and refund the $25 embroidery fee.

Refund and return
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.
We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers.

For returns due to item defects: We will cover the return shipping cost.
Please contact us immediately if you find any issues.

For returns due to customer preference: You have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Important Notice for EU Customers: In compliance with the EU Right of Withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Customs and duties
For buyers in the United States:
Import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost.
Items shipped to the U.S. are sent under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, which means all import-related charges are prepaid. You do not need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.

For buyers outside the United States:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
If a package is returned to Japan because the buyer refuses to pay local customs duties or taxes, please note that we cannot issue a refund for the item price or shipping costs.
