- We ship by USPS to United States of America.
- Please allow processing time maximum 1-2 business days. First Class takes 3-5 business days after processing time. Priority takes 2-5 business days after processing time.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions.
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday.
POLICY
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU INITIATE ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- We accept returns and exchanges as long as they are in new condition within 30 days from the shipped date
(returning package must be postmarked as so). 20% restocking fee may be applied.
If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund.
- Please note there will be a shipping fee for an exchange.
- Items need to be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping fee sending back.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items returned without its original tag and package may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
