shipping cost applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. For customers
located in Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands,
Marshall Islands, Alaska, or Hawaii, please contact us for an accurate

We do not
ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military mailboxes.

We only
ship to confirmed addresses, so please make sure your address is correct
before completing checkout.

Payments:
Immediate payment is required for all orders.
