The corn we buy that does not get processed into finished goods is recycled either to cattle farmers or to pet food manufacturers.

We use 100% of the cooking oil we buy. Nothing is wasted.

By using a naturally gluten-free ingredient (Corn masa) we are proud to say that all of our products are gluten-free!

In addition, we have been working with food safety groups for many years to ensure that our products meet the allergy-friendly standards for all public schools and organizations.

All of our PRODUCTS and FACILITIES are certified PEANUT and TREE NUT free.

NON-GMO Verified From Day 1

At RW Garcia, we’ve taken a stand on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) by setting a strict standard of adherence to both U.S. and EU standards of allowable limits for GMOs, this means we allow only Identity-Preserved raw materials into our manufacturing facilities.

We are an official participant in the Non-GMO Project Product Verification Program since 2007, and have received product verifications for all of our gluten free tortilla chips, corn chips, and crackers.

Over 35 years ago, RW and Margaret set out to make the best tortilla chip the world has ever known, a snack that was as healthy as it was irresistible.

They invested every dime they had (and some they didn’t) and started selling chips to retailers out of the family van.

Today RW Garcia products are available throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. And three generations of Garcia’s work in the family business.
