Prechopper designed for nucleus grades 1 to 3. This prechopper, a variation of our Combo Prechopper (AE-4284), is suitable for the vertical Karate Prechop technique within a 2mm incision. Prechopping can be completed without nuclear support for nuclei grade 1 to 3 with intact ciliary zonules and complete CCC. The design of the sharp tip allows for easy insertion into the nucleus and rotation of the nucleus after bisection. It can prechop grade 4 nucleus by the Counter Prechop technique, if the nucleus is properly supported by the Nucleus Sustainer.
