A: Please refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Disconnect the propane line from the tank and remove the tank.
Step 2: Get some wrenches and remove the damaged line and let the excess propane vent till the smell dissipates.
Step 3: Grab your new line and wrap threads with Teflon tape.
Step 4: Thread the new line in by hand and then tighten with wrenches.
Step 5: Reinstall the propane tank reconnect the new line and check for leaks.
