Condition: Rich tonal image, sharp and clean, lightly bumpe/rubbed at edges/corners, not used postally.
Other: Remarkable RPPC view of the USS Georgia firing its 12 inch guns. Launched at Bath, Main in 1904 she joined the Atlantic Fleet. During WWI she operated with the 3rd Division serving as a convoy escort with the Cruiser force Atlantic eventually being refitted as a troop transport with the Cruiser and Transport Force making five trips to France carrying the American Expeditionary Force home. Following the war she was transferred to the Pacific Fleet until decommissioned in 1920 and sold for scrap in 1923.
