Mid-Century MINIMALIST Vintage 1960s BLUE BOUCLE Tailored SHEATH DRESS - S

Mid-Century Modern Chic late 1950s / early 60s vintage tailored sheath dress  made of a textured, lightweight fabric (there are no content labels - my best guess is a cotton/rayon  blend) in a light blue colour flecked with white.   The fitted sleeveless dress features a tailored bodice with a small rounded neckline, darted bust, fitted waist and a   pencil cut skirt with a  knee length hem.  AND there are two side pockets (I love a dress with pockets!). The dress is not lined and closes at the back with a metal zipper. 

MEASUREMENTS:  No  labels ... the bust measures 35 inches (therefore fits a size  32 or smaller size 34 bust best), the   waist  measures 26 inches  and the hips are 40 inches. The dress is 40 inches in length (there is approximately 4 inches in the hem that could be let down to lengthen the dress).  There is almost no stretch to the fabric.  As always, remember to leave room for you when using these measurements to determine fit.

CONDITION:     Very slight wear  ... overall, excellent condition.

All of my items are vintage and therefore will have some minimal signs of wear consistent with their age (example - a loose thread).  I describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible with both text and pictures - clearly noting any known larger imperfections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc).  If I have missed something, I apologize - please let me know and I will do my best to fix the issue.  But please remember I am a human being.  My preloved items have been freshly laundered unless otherwise noted in the description.
