The photos in this listing are of the actual item you will receive - I do not use substitute photos. This is an auction and all sales are final. Leaving me poor feedback will not resolve any problem you may have but if you contact me about a problem, we will work it out to your satisfaction. Please feel free to ask any questions before you bid, I will respond soon as I can. I use USPS for shipping which I do every day. All items shipped to the USA will have delivery confirmation and you will receive an email with the tracking number when I ship.  I use both new and recycled stuff for packing and cannot guarantee what any of my items or packing materials have been exposed to (I don't use anything inappropriate or unsuitable)
