L'AIGLON vintage 1960s MCM PEACH Buttonfront DROP WAIST DAY DRESS w/Bow Tie- SM

Classic vintage late 1950s / early 1960s buttonfront drop waist day dress created  by the fabulous L'Aiglon label of a subtly textured rayon in a pretty pastel peach colour accented with ivory.  The short sleeved dress features a ringed ivory collar with front bow detail and a tailored slim shift cut with a darted bust, slight drop waist, faux hip pocket flaps and a tapered skirt with a just above the knee length hem.  The dress has a full buttonfront opening and is unlined.  

MEASUREMENTS:  No size labels .... Bust measures 34 inches (therefore fits a size 32 bust best), natural waist measures 31 inches, drop waist (where the seam is) measures 34 inches and the hips measure 42 inches.  There is no stretch to the fabric - as always, remember to leave room for you when using these measurements to determine fit.  The dress is 37.5 inches in length. 

 CONDITION:  Very slight wear ... overall,  excellent condition.

Sadly, due to the tariff situation with the United States, I have suspended shipping and selling to the USA.  The massive increase in costs and complicated logistics no longer allow it to be feasible for me.  I apologize.  Hopefully, things will chnage for the better soon.

All of my items are vintage and therefore will have some minimal signs of wear consistent with their age (example - a loose thread).  I describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible with both text and pictures - clearly noting any known larger imperfections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc).  If I have missed something, I apologize - please let me know and I will do my best to fix the issue.  But please remember I am a human being.  My preloved items have been freshly laundered unless otherwise noted in the description.
