Dual-channel Analog Signature Analyzer (ASA) — A Powerful Tool for Electronic Circuit Board Fault Detection and Electronic Component Performance Testing

Product Overview

The dual-channel Analog Signature Analyzer (abbreviated as ASA), integrating the functions of a VI curve tester, an electronic circuit board fault detection tool, and an electronic component performance tester, comes with a color screen and supports the adjustment of A/B channels. It is a new product with diverse functions in the field of electronic testing.

Advantages

High Safety:
When conducting tests, the ASA does not require power to be supplied to the circuit board. Moreover, its testing process does not involve circuit principles and does not need the circuit to be in an operating state, which greatly ensures the safety of testing operations.Strong Adaptability:
Since the ASA test does not involve the functions of the components on the circuit board, regardless of the types of components that make up the circuit, such as digital, analog, or mixed analog-digital ones, tests can be carried out smoothly.

Features

It supports dual-channel signal input to meet the diverse needs of test signals. It has 18 adjustable frequency levels and 9 adjustable internal resistance levels, enabling flexible adaptation to different test conditions. The position of the B channel can be adjusted, facilitating the adjustment of the test layout according to the actual situation. It supports the display of either the A channel or the A + B channels, making it convenient for users to view the test conditions of different channels intuitively. It supports the output of a trigger signal (5V), which can be adapted to more relevant testing requirements. It has a built-in 3000mAh lithium battery and is charged via a TYPE-C interface, which is convenient and fast, ensuring sufficient battery life.It is equipped with a 2.0-inch TFT color screen display, presenting test data clearly and vividly. If there is no operation within 15 minutes, the device will automatically shut down to save power and extend the battery life.

Parameters

Voltage: 4V.Internal Resistance: Adjustable among 50R, 500R, 1K, 2K, 3K, 4K, 5K, 6K, 7K.Frequency: Adjustable among 20Hz, 100Hz, 500Hz, 1kHz, 2kHz, 3kHz, 4kHz, 5kHz, 6kHz, 7kHz, 8kHz, 9kHz, 10kHz, 11kHz, 12kHz, 13kHz, 14kHz, 15kHz.Dimensions: 140x80x40 (the unit is not specified, presumably millimeters or other length units).Weight: The main unit weighs 270g.

Shipping List

1x main unit
1 pair of test leads
1 pair of test clips
1x TYPE-C charging cable

Precautions

The blue terminal is a multiplexed port. When the A channel is default, the blue terminal will output a 5V pulse voltage with an interval of 1 second. When the A + B channels are enabled, the blue terminal will become the B channel signal. Pay attention to its functional changes during the use process. It is strictly prohibited to measure with power on! Before using this product, it is necessary to discharge the tested object first to avoid safety accidents and ensure the accuracy of test results.
