Cancellations or returns will only be accepted if there is an obvious problem not described in the product description. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item. Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Uninstalled parts or cores may be returned within 30 days of order. All parts must be unused or “tried on” and in original condition. Damage caused by disassembly or improper installation is not acceptable. All parts must be returned with all original packaging. All original boxes and bags with manufacturer's labels must be returned with the merchandise. Merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. We are not responsible for incorrect installation. We are not responsible for labor, towing, lodging, or car rental costs resulting from the installation of incorrect or defective parts. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If we prepare the invoice for return shipping, the refund amount will be less the return shipping charges.
Airbags, inflators, pretensioners, seat belts, ECMs, PDMs, BCMs, IPDMs, TCMs, SD cards, or electrical components are not returnable.
