All products are brand new and include a 12-Month Replacement Warranty from the date of dispatch (unless otherwise stated).

A 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (item price only) applies for change-of-mind returns.

Warranty guarantees that the item will be operational upon first use. It does not cover faults arising from wear, misuse, incorrect installation, or usage outside the stated warranty period.

Installation by a qualified professional is required. Claims without proof of professional installation may be rejected.

Warranty Claim Conditions

To lodge a warranty claim:

Contact us via eBay to receive return authorisation.

Provide your invoice/receipt and a written fault report from a qualified installer or technician.

Return the item non-soiled, ideally in its original packaging.

Claims will be rejected if

Lodged after 30 days (money-back) or after 12 months (warranty) from dispatch.

Returned item is physically damaged, tampered with, or installed improperly.

Returned on a “receiver pays” basis (we do not accept COD).

Replacement & Refund Process

Once the faulty item is received and assessed, we will send a replacement free of charge.

No replacement will be sent before the faulty item is returned – no exceptions.

If a replacement is not available, a refund (excluding original shipping/handling costs) will be issued.

The buyer is responsible for return postage in all warranty and change-of-mind cases.

Warranty Exclusions

Damage due to electrical surge, overheating, or water ingress.

Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase

Items must be unused, in brand new condition, and returned with original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
