I will refund full purchase price (not shipping) only if, in my estimation, I've neglected to disclose a detail so serious that it would otherwise prohibit your purchase. In such cases I will need to be informed within 24 hours of receipt. Once the item is returned to me, refund will be sent - as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was sold in.  Shipping charges are non-negotiable.  I try very hard to keep the charges as inexpensive as possible and the actual charges usually end up being more than was charged.  Please do not bid if you disagree with the shipping charges.
