A 6 inch tall rectangular-shaped antique VETERINARY Livestock CONDITION POWDERS box. The box has a GREAT PICTURE on it of several horses near a barn with a corral and farm in back ground. Box has printing in two languages, English and a foreign language, to cater to all of the immigrants pouring into Minnesota 125 years ago. It is an EMPTY box, it has NO contents. It is an early manufactured box dating back to the late 1800 - early 1900 era.

Box reads in part: "SODERGREN'S CONDITION POWDERS ... For Cattle, Horses, Sheep and Hogs ... SODERGREN & CO. PHARMACISTS MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA". The back and sides are printed in a foreign language.

Condition: Box is in good solid condition. Box top still has two side flaps so it displays as closed and box stands up good and strong. As seen in the pictures there is some age darkening/staining, outside wear, tiny holes and small perforations in the box, it is a 125 year old cardboard box! PLEASE see pictures to get the best idea of the boxes condition and overall appearance.

Age: Box is an early manufactured box, dating back to the late 1800 - early 1900's era.

As dealer's in antique bottles, we've seen old SODERGREN PHARMACY bottles from Minneapolis that were all early hand blown BIM, blown glass bottles. So too this box dates back to this same era as the bottles do. The bottles are RARE to find, yet these boxes are impossible to find as the boxes did not survive the elements of time.
