In order for any order to be dispatched we require the following order information:

• Model and year of bike
• Any specific changes to the original appearance of a bike (for example 'restyle plastics' or upgraded frontend'
• Name and number required (if not provided will not be added)
• Colour for number areas (for example black background with white numbers)
• Optional name and number styles (please see below)

This information can be provided either in the 'notes to seller' section during checkout, or provided in an eBay message.

We have provided a selection of name and number fonts to fully customise your order.

Please clearly and consisely specify which name font and number font you would like to use for your order.

If no name and number style is provided we will use the styles that are visible on the listings main picture.

Fluorescent and chrome overlays can be achieved, but are chargeable due ot the extra material. Please contact us before ordering if you require either of these. Thank you.

Free postage is usually provided through Evri for all mainland UK orders, which is typically a 2-4 working day service: From the dispatch date. Non-mainland orders are typically dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class depending on location and size of parcel.

Please note orders to Northern Ireland or non mainland can see some small delays - this is out of our control sadly.

All International shipping orders are controlled and managed by eBay's Global Shipping Program. Once the parcel is received at the UK distribution hub eBay are then in control of the parcels responsibility.

Any items being returned must be returned in the condition they were received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will reserve the right to a 20% restocking fee applied.

Please note that orders with customised printing are not subject to return unless an error has been carried out by ourselves, due to the order being printed specifically (for example your name/number etc). Please ensure you always provide the correct information.
