This is a vintage Dukane nurse-call corridor annunciator light, Model 18A2-13 (18A213). Designed for nurse-call systems, it operates at 24 V DC, drawing 270 mA total (90 mA per lamp). It features a stainless steel faceplate with UL-listed indicator lenses (three-segment dome style), and includes wiring for wallbox external connections, per labeling. Ideal for restoration, parts, or system refurbishment.
