Rubbing to the spine tips and the bottom edge of the front board. Mild soiling to cloth covers. Pages 61-64 has been roughly opened causing a small edge tear  to the outer edge of page 64 & a small corner crease to pages 61-63. A few passages have been neatly underlined in pencil. Not excessive. Content otherwise unmarked.
