This jacket is a piece of art in mixed media genre. The edges of the bottom of the jacket, the cuff on the sleeves, and the front center of the jacket are finished with a blanket stitch. The Nehru style collar is lined with velvet.

There was a spot on the red sleeve when I originally listed this jacket. See the sixth photo. I tried to hand wash the spot with Woolite, and the spot got lighter but did not totally vanish. So I embroidered a heart over the spot with black cotton embroidery floss.

Measurements: shoulders = 17 1/2" measuring straight across from one shoulder to the other, 
sleeve length = 24" measuring from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve, 
Chest - 42" measuring around just under the arms, 
bottom = 42" measuring at the bottom around the finished edge, 
overall length = 20 1/2" measuring at the center back just under the collar and down to the bottom.
