This wonderful whole corn filled heating bag measures 5" wide and 22" long. The outer cover is 100% pre-washed cotton flannel and can be removed for washing. The inner bag is 100% cotton muslin.  This bag is sectioned so the corn will be distributed evenly.  The picture shows the inner bag and the cover.  There is an overlap sewn into the back of the flannel cover for easy removal of the inner bag.

These are so simple to use - just heat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes on high, depending on the strength of your microwave. These bags give off soothing moist heat. It will retain heat for up to one hour.  DO NOT OVERHEAT!

These bags are wonderful for necks, backs, sore muscles or to take to bed on a cold night...perfect for arthritis, sports injuries, cramps or breastfeeding mothers.

Since there is no electricity involved, these are safe for children to use on those bumps and bruises. Also safe for use in your pet's bed.

Also, this bag can be put into the freezer and used as a cold pack. Simply place into a zippered plastic bag (so it stays clean and doesn't pick up freezer odors) and freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight. Take along to a game in the summer to keep cool! These are also great for transporting food - either hot or cold!

These bags will last for years and because it is whole corn, it will not pop.  When first heated, there will be a slight "popcorn" aroma that will dissipate with use.  This handmade item comes from a smoke free home.
