If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item. For larger credit card orders, proof of identity may be required. Most orders process within one business day after we receive payment. Orders are packed securely and shipped promptly. Most cases are double-boxed to avoid damage in transit. We offer combined shipping discounts for customers who win more than one auction within 3 days of each other and pay for all items at the same time (please contact us in advance for exceptions). If the shipping charge at check-out doesn't seem right, please use the "Ask Seller for Invoice" option before paying.
- Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO , and FPO must ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
- Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories are subject to a $15.00 shipping surcharge.

Due to contractual agreements with Upper Deck, Konami, and Wizards of the Coast, items manufactured by Upper Deck are not eligible for shipping to Canada until one (1) calendar year after the products initial release.
