Because Street Dog Love is a volunteer-based organization, we ship only twice a week.  Please factor this into your purchasing decision.  If you are in a rush, it would probably be best if you purchase from another seller. 

To reduce waste and keep our selling costs low, we reuse packaging materials, including mailers and plastic wrap.  We do not include any invoice or packing slip in your package.  We do include one of our business cards thanking you for your purchase. 

Our prices are low and firm and almost always include free shipping (a few exceptions apply to large items).  We are volunteer based and cannot respond to messages about reducing the price of an item. If you send us a message about a price reduction, you most likely will not receive a response.

We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or not as described or we messed up in some way, in which case we will make it right for you -- so PLEASE contact us if there is a problem before leaving any feedback.  Once an item is shipped to you and arrives in good condition as described, we have a firm "no returns" policy.  If you want to be able to try a product out and then return it for any reason -- such as you don't like the scent or the color -- you should purchase from a seller with that type of return policy. 

100% of the proceeds from the sale of this listing will be used to support Street Dog Love's mission of helping street dogs (cats, too!) in Mexico and eventually the southern United States by funding sterilization clinics, veterinary care, food, transport -- and educating local populations about the humane treatment of dogs and cats.  We are just getting started so please be patient as we grow and fulfill our mission.  If you think we have earned it, taking a moment to give us positive feedback is very valuable to us and greatly appreciated.  We are part of the Pay pal Giving Fund.  Please contact us if you would like information about how to make an additional donation.
