Wonderful vintage 1940s, green velvet dress. It's trimmed around the neckline in satin and belted at the waist. Little hidden snap buttons down the front chest, with faux buttons at the wrist opening. Side metal zipper & ruching on the hip area.  No tags, see measurements below.

A few issues to point out:

it does have a vintage musty smell from storage & will need to be laundered.

The satin trim is discolored.

One small tear on the back waist as shown in close up.
